After graduating from Mercyhurst College, Karen Horejs spent 25 years as a Registered Nurse in Erie, PA. When her husband’s job relocated their family 17 years ago to the Cumberland Valley , her 5 children were very young. Her interest in bringing the best to a community and her 4 boys led her to become involved with the local Boy Scouts of America. She held various leadership positions such as Cubmaster and chairing district training events. She later became a board member of the Mason Dixon Council. She was recipient of the Silver Beaver Award which is the highest Council award and each of her 4 son’s earned their Eagle Scout Award.
In real estate she always was either the top selling agent or close to the top. She decided to bring her experience as an agent to helping agents in her KW office beconing Operating Principle for the Keller Williams Market Center for several years. She thrived during this leadership experience learning the many aspects of the KW company. Recently she returned full time to her team and remains committed to her clients reflecting her mission statement as "Preparing Clients to Make the Best Life Changing Decisions."
